Mr. Lai has over 30 years of professional experience in financial reporting, assurance, technological advice, technical due diligence, intangible assets, financial derivatives, and business valuation for various types of companies. His expertise in business valuation enables us to take into account different commercial factors and perform sensitivity analysis. As the head of the business valuation department, Mr. Lai’s involvement sets our business valuation and advisory services apart from others in the market.
Mr. W.K. Li, Brian - Associate Director, (In charge the IPO Case)

Department: Real Estate Valuation
Mr. Li has over 20 years of experience in valuing landed and special properties for various industries and purposes, as well as handling land matters in Hong Kong, Macau, and the PRC. He graduated from the University of Ulster in the United Kingdom with a degree in Real Estate Management. Mr. Li is a member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Hong Kong Institution of Surveyors, a Registered Professional Surveyor (General Practice), and a member of the China Institution of Real Estate Appraisers and Estate Agents.
